Priya Himatsingka

Born in Calcutta, India, I was raised with simple, enduring values—a love of poetry, a deep appreciation for beauty, and a strong work ethic passed down through generations. My grandfather worked until he was 97, and I come from a family that takes great pride in their craft and calling.

Surrounded by textiles and design from an early age, I grew up in a family of artists and makers. That early immersion shaped my creative sensibilities and led me to pursue foundation studies at Parsons in New York City, followed by degrees in Photography and Philosophy at NYU. Later, I studied Jewelry and Metalsmithing at RISD, where I developed a love for precision, form, and function.

In 2002, I opened my jewelry studio in Providence, Rhode Island—a space that continues to inspire my creative work. In 2019, I fulfilled a long-held dream by opening pH Factor, a brick-and-mortar shop on Hope Street that celebrates well-made, thoughtful design.

My transition into real estate was a natural one. I believe the spaces we inhabit are central to our well-being and identity. My background in art and design, coupled with an instinct for listening and a talent for organization, allows me to guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process with clarity and care. Whether you're moving across town or across the country, I’m here to make the journey smooth, thoughtful, and even joyful.

Outside of work, I love traveling with my family, cooking ambitious meals, reading The New Yorker, and savoring a well-made cocktail. I tell a good joke, cherish beautiful objects, and find joy in the small details—traits that serve me well in both art and real estate.
